We are Joel and Riely Osmond, Owners of Desert Cold Plunge & Wellness Studio in Indian Wells, Ca. We are so excited to share our new space of health and wellness with you and hope you get the benefits from our services that we have experienced first hand.

Joel is in Law Enforcement and has spent the last 17 years serving and protecting our desert communities. Although he loves impacting peoples lives and helping those in need, he also wanted to help people with their health and wellbeing the way that he has found relief for his mind and body. We purchased an Infrared Sauna for our home and he found himself cold plunging in our pool in the winter months. The contrast between hot and cold has made such a difference for him. He has found these practices to help with alleviating stress, reducing inflammation in his body and keeping his mind energized and clear. He wanted to share his relief with the community.

With Riely being a Licensed Esthetician since 2002 and practicing skincare and wellness for the last 21 years, we made the decision together to open Desert Cold Plunge & Wellness Studio right next door to Organic Glow Skin Studio. We created an opening to connect the two spaces and are thrilled to be able to offer everything from Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Massage Therapy, Skincare, IV Therapy, Vitamin Infusions, Haloone Salt Therapy, Waxing, Spray Tans and more!
