Contrast therapy comes from a tradition that has been used for centuries by athletes. The contrast therapy experience begins as you alternate between hot and cold therapy treatments, cycling between infrared sauna sessions, ice baths, and rest. It improves blood circulation, helps you de-stress, and awakens your body and mind.

Hot cold therapy accelerates nutrient-rich blood flow, quells inflammation in your body, and heightens your senses. Contrast therapy sharpens mental focus, so athletic and creative clients alike come to relax and enjoy invigorating contrast therapy sessions.


How It Works: Those who have never tried contrast and cold therapy services before may be a bit worried about what this treatment entails, so allow us to break it down for you:

HEAT: Nine minutes

Toast yourself in our full-spectrum infrared sauna.

COLD: One to three minutes

Plunge into sanitary, refreshing 48-degree water.

REST: Three minutes

Sit back and relax! Your body eases into homeostasis.

Repeat twice in a 30 min Session.

Want the maximum benefit? We recommend a 60-minute session. You go four times through the cycle: each time, the results are more profound.
